It's Fall!

A Fall Trip to the Zoo

I finally convinced mama that it was about time for me to see the big animals - and I wasn't let down. I thought my puppy Daisy was cool, and she is, but these big animals are awesome. Here's me, mama, and baby Emmet in front of the elephants. I rode the carosel with Katja and Brennan on a peacock (there's Maria in the background). Alina and Cade rode a few other animals.

And here I am on the train. Woo hoo! It's me and the girls.

Katja wore me in the sling so I could ride up high and see everything. Such a comfy place.

We watched each animal carefully, and sometimes, stayed very very still, when they were dangerous. They said these big cats were safe, but I am not sold. (But wait until you see my Halloween costume - I can be just as dangerous!).

Check It Out - I Know How to Wave!

Finally! I figured out what all the waving is about - you put your hand up, wiggle it around, and everybody gets all excited. What a concept! These people are in desparate need of some entertainment - if this is all I have to do to get a bunch of old people excited - well, life will be a breeze...

I Come in All Colors!

Kerry has this neat-o camera that lets her pick certain colors to show...here I am in all my colorful glory... And here I am in just pinks...
And just blues (but I wasn't really blue, I'm pretty happy all the time...)

We tried it outside too - here I am under our weeping Maple...

And here I am in just pink! Look, the flowers are pink too!

Sometimes I play "hard to get" and I refuse to look at the camera. Who wants to look at the camera when Daisy's running around like a lunatic behind everyone!

Working In The Yard With Daddy.

Daddy has been working hard to get the earth ready for our new tree. We had to take down a HUGE cottonwood in this spot in July. Now, we're planting something new, but first, we have to get up all the old roots. It's a lot of work. Luckily, we have our tie dye shirts to keep us on track. Can't help it that Truckin' won't get out of my head!

It's My Favorite Time of Year...Hat Season!

There's nothing better than sporting a few good hats. I have one for every day of the week!
