School!

I started going to school at Miss Jackie's house.  I've made great new friends and look forward to going every day.  Everyone there is really kind and we all love playing and learning together!  It is the perfect place for me (not too huge, not too loud - just like home away from home!)  Here we all are at the park.  We wear matching sweatshirts so everyone knows we are together!  We go on lots of outings so get to wear them a lot.

I accidently bit my lip (part of my new 2-year old craziness!).  But it didn't keep me from sliding all day!

Sometimes I take naps at school.  The best part is that I get to sleep close to my good friends.  This makes napping special!

When I first went, I was a little uncertain.  But after all the exploring and learning about all the people there - I love going!  Mama goes to work and always comes back to get me!

Skiing Winter Park with Friends

We were thrilled to be invited up to our friends ski house in Winter Park.  We all spent the day skiing - Cody and I were out for almost an hour and had a blast.  This was my best day yet!

Here is Sarah and Cody - our friends.  Cody is a super skier!   I am planning on keeping up!

The sun was bright - so I wore some shades to protect my eyes.  And I'm not that into my goggles (or helmet) yet!

Mommy took me down the hill too!  I'm teaching her how to ski together with me!

Here's me and Cody - hanging out after a long day of skiing.  We had a blast painting, putting trains together, building tunnels in the snow, sledding, and riding around in his car!

Cody's Mama, Miss Sarah read books to us in the morning while we waiting for breakfast.  It was a great weekend!

Ouch!

So I got a little crazy one day and fell flat on my face on the ice.  Here's what happens when you fall flat on your face on the ice - ice-face-burn.  Luckily, with a little neosporen, it healed up in two days!   My beautiful little face is all better now!

Our Own August Rush...

Mama and Daddy gave me a ukelele for my birthday.  I'm so excited to learn to play tunes for them.  I took one look at this thing and knew I was meant to be a ukelele master!

Our Olivia Snow - Now a 2 Year Old!

I got to blow out candles a bunch of times!  Mommy said that was okay since this was my birthday month!  Here is my party with some friends the morning of my birthday.  We made Valentines!

I opened lots of presants!

We made birthday mini-cakes again!  This year I did all the decorating - and I mixed the cake!

I opened a big present - an easel from Nonna and Papa Tu.  This is where I sneak off to when I get out of bed instead of napping!

Aunt Tesha and Grandma even came into town for my birthday!

Daddy, Debora and I sang happy birthday a couple of times after dinner.  I love the birthday song.  And I am good at blowin out candles!

Our First Turkey Fry

It was a little nerve-racking, but totally worth it! This was the best turkey we ever had!
