We left Germany on June 27 and took the train to Amsterdam. This was a nice ride across lots of little German towns, some industry, and then into the big city!

I did the interpeting for Mama and Daddy while we were in Amsterdam - here I am telling them all about the history of the canals.
Our first night we spent wandering around - the Dam Square was busy - even at 8pm on a Sunday night!
