Cutie-Pie Harlow!

Harlow is out cutie-pie!  Look at this adorable face.  She is a HUGE smiler!

It appears we have a thumb sucker...we'll see how this goes.  She loves to suck her thumb and it puts her right to sleep, but her mama was a thumb sucker and not sure she's ready for another!

We went to an early Easter party in our neighborhood.  Harlow did ok with the bunny, but the 3 year old wouldn't set foot close to her!

Sunny afternoons with GrandMa!

Snuggling up with Mama on a walk!

Ready for the cold weather!

Just hangin'...and flipping the bird!  Ha!

O's Crazy Wardrobe Continues....

Olivia continues to be a serious fashionista...Oliva-style. Every day she gets herself dressed and the crazier, the better!  She just got some hand-me-down tap shoes, ballet shoes and leotards...we can hardly get a regular pair of shoes on her.  Our beautiful little raggamuffin continues to amuse us and show how colorful her little world is!  Here she is in a hand-me-down life jacket and new tutu from the neighbor across the street (Debby).

She still loves hats and wears one just about every day!

No explanation here.

Tutus and tie dye are her favorites!

Here is her Easter hat that she decorated with GrandMa...she picked out the eggs, flowers, ribbons, and bird's nest.  Then she glued them all on with GrandMa...can't wait to see her in it on Easter!

One of the first warm days this spring - we got outside and potted a bunch of plants.  She was all over the project...in her purple dress.  Dirt on face required!

Dancing outside like a fairy is fun in the sunshine!

Dirt, red fingernails smudged off...a true outdoorsey chick!

First Trip as a Family of Four! To Washington DC.

In February we went to Washington DC.  Mama had to attend a board meeting in her new appointment on the National Advisory Board of the AmeriCorps NCCC.  We all went together since Harlow was only 6 weeks old!  We stayed in a great hotel and had lots of fun touring the city!

Here we are at the Nature and Science Museum.

The view of the Washington Monument from the museum was beautiful!

We took the Metro everyone (no car!) and it was an adventure!

I had fun dancing while Daddy watched basketball!  Go blue!

We also went to the Building museum with Daddy's cousin Rick, Marta, and Knox and Kai.  That place had some creepy statues but cool cars!

I'm learning to drive Harlow in the stroller....look out people!

Sister Love

Family and Friend Visits

Cousins are in no short supply at our house...lucky us!

It's great having Gram Ma here.  We get to see her all the time!

This is Debbie - a friend of ours.  She is super sweet to the girls and always brings them little gifts for the holidays.

Aunt Tesha came for a visit - we were so happy to see her! She left too soon!

Olivia Snow is a 3 Year Old!!

We can hardly believe it, but our beautiful Olivia Snow is 3 years old!  She continues to be her colorful self!  She is VERY independent these days and has learned to write her name.  Every day she surprises us with her new words and funny outfits.  Happy Birthday Olivia!

She decided to wear her princess pirate outfit on her birthday, complete with funny faces (learned from her Seattle cousins!)

We had a party for Olivia, the first one with her friends.  The cake and song was a bit overhwelming for her, but she recovered for her LIFE SIZE Tinkerbell pinanta and presents!

One of the best parts of this three year old is how much she can do by herself now (especially helpful with a new baby in the house!)  She's going to the dentist soon so has been practicing brushing and spitting!

Ever since Harlow was born, Daddy has taken over Olivia's bed time.  They have really had fun spending this time together - well, until it's time to turn out the lights!

Harlow is 2 Months Old!!!

We can't help but think that Harlow is just the cutest little baby girl!  She has started smiling and making a lot of eye contact.  She is even cooing now.  We just can't stop staring at her!  Her little disposition is very mellow and sweet.  We think her eyes will be blue - but we're not sure yet!  Here are a bunch of cute pictures of our cutie pie!

Sleeping baby poses are irresistble!  She does the whole, I've got stretch really really big when I wake up, thing...it's adorable!

Her ruffled butt is the best part...but the snuggle up with the blanket is a close second!

Sometimes, Harlow and Mommy go to her work to catch up on a few things.  Here is Harlow naking a little nap while Mommy gets things done.  No better place to nap than the floor!

Unlike Olivia, Harlow does not like hats so much.  But she seemed to tolerate this little headband!

Yep, that's right, she is almost 11lbs (and this was a couple weeks ago!)

Nothing beats their first smiles!  Despite the red eye, she still looks like a happy monkey!
