We've missed a lot of updates about Olivia and Harlow over the last year, but we are making up for that in a big way...
We are over the moon in love with our newest Varda baby - Bellamie Rain Varda, born October 24, 2013 at 1:09am, 8.6lbs. She is healthy, beautiful, chubby!, and already cherished by her sisters. We had a quick, beautiful birth at Mountain Midwifery - the third time in the "log room" (all three girls were born in just about the same spot!).
Here we are just a few minutes after she was born...
Even an 8lb baby is really little! She came out so puffy, just like her sisters.
Four hours after she was born, we got to go home and introduce her to Harlow (our early riser). Thank goodness for Elizabeth (Tinny) who watched our girls, fed them breakfast, and helped us get some rest by taking Harlow to the butterfly museum. She is such a part of our family and we loved that she shared this with us!
Harlow and I are both in awe, I'm exhausted, she's surprised!
These Varda girls are cute, and puffy on day 1!
Here is a picture of all three girls in their first few hours, triples born years apart!
The first of many pictures of the girls together...
Daddy already knows the routine...sleep, snuggle, soothe, sleep, snuggle, soothe...
Harlow loves laying close to Bellamie, and of course, Olivia is in charge of "holding" her.
Sushi and wine have become our night 1 tradition....best meal in a long long time! (olivia and harlow were in the bath behind Dan so we had a picnic date on the bedroom floor).
Two day visit at MMC, Gina, our midwife was great at letting Olivia help out.
Here is Gina...sweetest midwife we've met. She was so lovely to work with.
Here is the log room where all three girls were born! We loved having them there together again.
She is more alert now (kind of) and showing off her beautiful eyes. We think we have another wild spirited, Varda baby on our hands - and we can't wait to see how she grows up!
