Mama and I went to Oregon to see Grandma and Uncle Garrett. There place is a ton of fun - all the stuff to play with and look at. I was one happy, smiling kid that week. We spent a lot of time sitting outside, eating, talking, and smelling the flowers. When it rained, we wore hoodies.

We rode the Salem Carosel. At first, I'll admit, I was freaked, but then after watching it go a few more times, I was queen of the rodeo!

Grandma helped me do a little more research about my study on persuading parents to do what you want them to do - in this case, getting a slide on my backyard swingset. Grandma thought that if I did a cost analysis and added it to the portfolio of findings, it might do the trick. Thanks for the tip Grandma!

When I wasn't hanging out on the patio, or doing research, I was cleaning! I love scrubbing things and sweeping. I wish I had a smaller broom, then I could really "clean house"!

By the end of the day at Grandma's, I'm pooped. It might look like I'm posing like the angel behind me, but really I'm just staring off glassy eyed into the distance for no reason.

We miss you Grandma and Uncle Garrett!
